Environmental Conference of the Regions of Europe.

The 12th Ministers’ Encore Conference will take place on the 23rd of September 2016 in Carinthia, Pörtschach. The motto of this year’s conference is “Regions taking Action – Alliances on Climate Change and Green Economy“.
