The Lisbon partners, EDP Distribuição (EDPD), Lisbon City Council (CML), through its Civil Protection Department and Factor Social (FS), delivered the 2nd phase of the Pilot Demonstration at a local scale, in order to test the suitability of the outputs generated by the project. After the iterative evaluation of the tools and its contents, that was carried out with the objective of gathering analytical information from different perspectives – Usability, Usefulness and Relevance – this phase intended to discuss with relevant stakeholders and other CI operators, some of the concepts within the project.

The 2nd phase of the Lisbon Pilot Demonstration was marked by a Workshop attended by several different Operators and representatives of National Critical Infrastructures and Services (Energy Distribution, Energy Production, Telecommunication Operators, Water Facilities, Financial Sector, Health Sector, Transport Operators), as well as other official entities with responsibilities in the area of Civil Protection and Internal Security Office as well as National Weather Institute and National Civil Engineering Laboratory as research and knowledge institutions. This Workshop was held on April 6th, and consisted on an Tabletop Exercise for the analysis for the approach and concepts recommended by the Project European Resilience Management Guideline (ERMG).
