We are pleased to inform that the Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly has published the Strategic Management Framework for Dublin Bay.

This report has been developed over the last 3 years by our late colleague Dr. Walter Foley and our current Project Officer Dr. Travis O’Doherty as part of Celtic Seas Partnership co-financed by the European Commission under LIFE+ Programme. 

The framework explores local level implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive, demonstrating how people can be empowered in marine management. It summarises the outputs and conclusions of the workshops and seminars that took place throughout development of the report, outlines current policy and management structure and offers solutions to key issues in a number of areas.
